Kim, Has Twofer consistently shown that proliferation? Or is it too soon to tell?

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding. I had to locate the plant to make sure I still had it. I've uploaded three photos today of the flowers from this year. The plant is rather healthy, though still on the small side. There is no black spot nor mildew, but two whole leaves showed a few spots of rust, which is NOT bad considering some of the others surrounding it and the fact the offenders are in the ground and this remains in the two gallon can in which it's grown all year. It hasn't demonstrated the proliferation since it was quite small. The flowers are rather large for the plant and intensify greatly in heat and brilliant sun. The petals also do not fall easily, though they remain rather attractive for several weeks before going "off". Room will be the determining factor as to how long I'll continue growing this mini. Thanks for asking!

Is the "Car Wash Rose" a wich?

Patricia, Fred Boutin compared and contrasted "Car Wash Rose" with Reve d'Or. He believes that Car Wash may be a seedling of Reve d'Or with wichuriana.

Thank you Jannorcal. I recall two roses at the Car Wash and presume then that the second one was 'Reve d'Or'. .
