Grew up next door to my grandparents. My grandmother was rosarian who showed and also grafted Camelias and showed same. She belonged to Baton Rouge Garden Club and taught me amazing amounts about organic gardening from the time I was old enough to follow her around and until her death in 1985. I was 35 by then. What a teacher! My learning has not stopped. My passion is roses, however, I love MANY other types of flowers and shrubs in my yard.
