I grow about 140 roses in northern Utah, and enjoy Old Garden roses, English roses, aromatic roses, and uniquely colored roses the most. I'm a real believer in own-root roses. I have found them to be tougher (i.e. more cold-hardy), better blooming, and more disease resistant than grafted roses.
