I live about a mile from zone 7B in Philly. Many years I manage to have something blooming all 12 months, tho sometimes not in January or February. I'm not fond of pink, but love camellias and peonies so I make an exception for them. (I hate yellow, and usually only allow it between Nov and March.) I am not really a rose person, and most plants on my prop are left to sink or swim after the very beginning. But I am very color oriented, and love silvery lavender roses, and lots of apricot orange ones.
