"Tom Mayhew with a photo of the rose named after him by For Love of Roses at our meeting of the Philadelphia Rose Society tonight. It is a beautiful single miniflora with Sungow in its parentage, I expect to see this one on the show tables. A wonderful tribute to one of the best people I have been blessed to know. He is a great photographer and rose grower, but an even better person! Thank you Richard J. Anthony and Brenna Bosch, Tom is thrilled by your wonderful gesture, as are all his friends and family ????"

First bud (also nicely fragrant)on a cutting taken from Holy Cross Hospital Rose Garden in September 2024. Growing in a greenhouse in Provo, Utah, USA. December 26, 2024. It is possible this rose was mislabeled in the garden I sourced it from. The fragrant bud makes me curious. Will update if it is different.
