Introduced in United States by Tiny Petals Miniature Rose Nursery Historic Archive in 1980 as 'Lelia Laird'.

Miniature.  
Bloom:
Carmine-red.  Tea fragrance.  25 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Small, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, rounded, well-branched.  Small, semi-glossy foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 18" to 2' (45 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
