Light pink, white shading. [Deep pink.]  Strong fragrance.  Semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season, occasional repeat later in the season.

Climbing.  

Height: 4'11" to 12' (150 to 365cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Heirloom Old Garden Roses says Blushing Lucy has semi-double, blush pink blooms that are accented by a white eye and are produced in large clusters...
Freedom Garden says that an "unblushing" version is also in commerce under the same name.
