Bloom:
Butter-yellow, ages to cream . Strong, fruity fragrance. 20 to 30 petals. Average diameter 3.5". Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped, reflexed bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Large, pointed buds.
Habit:
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, compact, rounded, spreading, upright, well-branched. Large, matte, medium green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.
Height: 2' to 5' (60 to 150cm). Width: up to 7' (up to 215cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 8b. Can be used for cut flower, garden, landscape or shrub. Hardy. vigorous. shade tolerant. Disease susceptibility: blackspot resistant.

Notes:
Corn Hill Nursery says this is one of the few repeating yellows that will grow in colder climates. The semi-double lemon yellow blossoms are loose and blowsy with a pleasing fragrance... According to the New Zealand Plant Variety Rights (PVR) web page, application for a PVR Grant for this rose was made November 17, 1993 and granted August 30, 1995 (PVR Grant No. 1021). The breeder's Reference for this rose is Moryelrug. The New Zealand Trade Name is 'Topaz Jewel'. This PVR Grant expires August 30, 2018.
