Thanks everyone, guess I should get this rose myself, I seem to be drawn to it every time I see it! I took the shot at Regan's nursery.

Somebody on Ebay is using this shot to sell a modern magic rose bush! lol. I saw the listing this morning.

Yes, I contacted them a couple of days ago about it as I periodically cruise the listings and they are using 4 of my images. No reply yet so I guess I need to step up my threat.

Please email the support department with a link so they can check if this is a repeat offender.

I believe in this case these were all taken from DavesGarden.com as one of my images was not listed on HMF but all were listed there. But you can do an eBay search for Modern Magic and see if he has lifted any others from here.
Update, I just checked and it looks like my message to this seller worked as all of the ones using my images have been removed.
