"Placerville White Noisette" rose Description

White, near white or white blend Noisette.
Bloom:
White or white blend. Bud blush, some apricot. Petals blush with yellow base, fading to pure white. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 1". Small, very full (41+ petals), in large clusters bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Small foliage.
Height: 2' to 5' (60 to 150cm). Width: 2' to 5' (60 to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
This rose was collected at about the same time by Alice Flores and Gregg Lowery, and a year or so later by Clay and Jeri Jennings
It is not a miniature or polyantha, but seems to be a smaller noisette
