Discovered by Sir Peter Smithers (Switzerland, 1989).
Introduced in France by Pivoines Rivière in 1992 as 'Ice Storm'.

Bloom:
White, yellow center.  Reflexed petals. 6" boss of stamens.  Average diameter 9".  Very large, single bloom form.  Early.
