Discovered by Maurice Ménard (Canada, before 2002).
Introduced in Canada by La Pivoinerie D'Aoust in 2013 as 'Mary Contrary'.
Class:
Hybrid / Species crosses.  
Bloom:
Butter-yellow, deep pink flares, ages to white .  Average diameter 5.5".  Medium, single, flat bloom form.  Early-to-mid.  
Habit:

Height: up to 41" (up to 105cm).

First propagated 2004, registered 2013. Named in celebration of the 65th birthday of Mary Sinclair, a member of the Garden Club of Toronto.
