Bred by Phillips (United States, circa 1953).
Discovered by Pohlmann (United States, 1999).
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Rose-pink.  Japanese (anemone, imperial) bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:
Upright.  

Height: up to 30" (up to 75cm).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
First bloomed 1999, registered 2013. Salome Wagner, a Commercial gardener in southern Indiana before settling in Gray County, Kansas, was the Breeder's grandmother and the Discoverer's great-grandmother.
