Please is there anyone that can give me a name of a person, nursery, e-mail, or addy of someone that has the heirloom rose, Father Hugo's Rose, aka Golden Rose of China. I have looked everywhere and the one place that could have it, I can't get to the website, says it may have moved or is not correct!
Thank You,

Patricia.....

Now that we have the email issue out of the way, here's a way you can use the HelpMeFind site to answer your question.

If you click on the rose page, you will notice a tab at the top of the page labeled “Available At”. If you click on the tab, you will see a list of nurseries which have informed us that they carry the rose in their current inventory.

Updating nursery inventories in the database is always a work-in-progress, so it is possible we have listed a nursery which no longer carries the rose. However, the vendors listed represent our most current information about suppliers of the rose.

I just ordered a Father Hugo rose from High Country Gardens (highcountrygardens.com) in Santa Fe. I haven't received my rose yet, but I have ordered from them before and everything has always shown up in very good condition.

Can anyone give me a web source or a list of the other roses that 'passed' in the Longwood Garden ten-year rose trials? Thanks!! I looked on the web, google, etc.

Hello Kate,

Here is a list of roses at Longwood Gardens. Just copy and paste the link into your browser's address bar.

You'll have to look at each rose and see if it passed the test (look at the Notes tab).

Warmest Regards,
Barbara
