Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1989).
Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 1999 as 'Lantern'.
Class:
Grandiflora.  
Bloom:
Orange blend, yellow reverse, ages to lighter .  Moderate, fruity fragrance.  25 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, narrow, upright.  Large, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 47" to 6' (120 to 185cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
