Origin:
Bred by Wilhelm Kordes III (1953 - 2016) (Germany, before 1996).
Introduced in Germany by W. Kordes' Söhne (Wholesale) in 1997 as 'Sweet Honey'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light yellow, light apricot shading.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, semi-double to double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, narrow.  Matte foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
