Tess Allen. Gallica Roses. ‘Président de Sèze’ is a strong, thorny plant with good foliage. Long sepals extend beyond the rosy pink buds which open to two toned flowers; the outside petals are pale-lilac and the centre royal-purple; as the blooms expand the two colours merge into a luminous lilac. An established plant of ‘Président de Sèze’ can be expected to provide large, double flowers for a comparatively long period.
