Came to Sacramento Historic Rose Garden as Hume's Blush Tea Scented China, now being called Not Humes/Parks as it cannot be either of those roses. This is a once blooming rose with a lovely citrus scent, blooms start out with a very faint blush tint then ages to cream with hint of yellow.
