Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 1952).
Introduced in United States by Marsh's Nursery in 1952 as 'Dancing Doll'.

Bloom:
Rose-pink.  Strong, wild rose fragrance.  14 petals.  Semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  

Height: up to 10' (up to 305cm).

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Ralph Moore has recently said that the parentage of Dancing Doll is likely a self-cross of 'Etoile Luisante'. The same would be said for the other sister seedlings of that year, Renae and Carolyn Dean.

The Plant Patent for Renae states that its seed parent is 'Etoile Luisante' and pollen parent is 'Sierra Snowstorm' therefore the parentage of Dancing Doll must be the same.
