Bloom:
Mauve or purple blend.  Mild fragrance.  25 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 7¼' (220cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
Sugar Plum (aka CHEwpope) is one of the new varieties being added to the RINZ Rose Display Trial at the Auckland Regional Botanic Gardens in 1999. The ARBG classifies this rose as a Floribunda.
