Bred by George Paul (1841-1921) (United Kingdom, 1901).
Introduced in Australia by Arthur Yates & Co. Ltd. in 1902 as 'Lady Battersea'.

Hybrid Tea.  

Vermilion to carmine-pink, orange shading, ages to light pink.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Upright.
