Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1927 as 'Senator'.

Bloom:
Scarlet.  Strong fragrance.  Very large, very double, borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Bushy, upright.
