Mauve or mauve blend Hybrid Multiflora. Registration name: Sweet Lavender
Origin:
Bred by Paul and Son (United Kingdom, 1912). Introduced in Australia by H. Kemp in 1913 as 'Sweet Lavender'.
Class:
Hybrid Multiflora, Rambler.
Bloom:
Mauve, lilac shading, lavender shading, golden-yellow stamens. Small, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Climbing, few or no prickles/thorns. Dark green, dense foliage.
Height: up to 9'10" (up to 300cm).
