Origin:
Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, before 1978).
Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1981 as 'Born Free'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Orange or orange-red.  Color near current red, overlaid or veined with darker shades.  None to mild fragrance.  20 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact, rounded, well-branched.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green, dense, leathery foliage.  

Height: 1' to 14" (30 to 35cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Hardy.  vigorous.  Can be pruned to maintain a shorter habit.
