Origin:
Bred by Peter Lambert (Germany, 1909).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1911 as 'Geheimrat Dr. Mittweg'.

Lambertiana, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Pink, cream center.  Mild fragrance.  Medium to large, semi-double to double, in large clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing, dense, few or no prickles/thorns.  Large, dark green foliage.  

Height: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.  produces decorative hips.
