Registration name: Reine Elizabeth (hybrid tea, Opdebeeck, 1925)
Origin:
Bred by A. Opdebeeck (Op de Beeck) Fils (Belgium, before 1924).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1925 as 'Reine Elisabeth'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Coral-red, yellow shading, ages to salmon-orange .  Strong fragrance.  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Well-branched.  Small foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
