Origin:
Discovered by Bear Creek Nurseries (United States, circa 1996).
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Mild fragrance.  30 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 5.5".  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

According to the US Patent for TANpinaiso (USPP010799), this rose was discovered in a nursery in Richmond, California. It is a sport of 'Osiana' which differs from its parent only in its flower color. The patent was applied for by Bear Creek Gardens, Inc.
