Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 1997 as 'Fiesta Parade'.

Bloom:
Deep pink to red.  None to mild fragrance.  50 to 55 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, upright.  Small, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The present discovery constitutes a new and distinct variety of a miniature pot rose plant which was discovered in a cultivated area. The mutation resulted from `POULprima`, a miniature pot rose hybridized by the same inventors. ...Asexual reproduction of `POULesta` by cuttings was first done by L. Pernille and Mogens N. Olesen in their nursery in Fredensborg, Denmark in March, 1996.
