Bred by André Delbard-Chabert (1915-2012) (France, before 1983).
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 1984 as 'Céline Delbard'.

Bloom:
Salmon-pink, silver(y) reverse.  Flowers salmon, silver reverse.  None to mild, rose fragrance.  23 to 24 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  

Height: 4' (120cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Very hardy.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
