Origin:
Bred by Chaplin Bros., Ltd (United Kingdom, 1930).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1932 as 'Crimson Glow'.
Class:
Hybrid Wichurana, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Crimson, white undertones.  Large, semi-double to double, in large clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Climbing.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.
