Yellow, scarlet stripes.  Moderate fragrance.  up to 25 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Large, semi-glossy, medium green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
