Origin:
Bred by F. Harmon Saville (1924-1997) (United States, 1977).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses as 'Claret'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Mauve or purple blend.  48 petals.  Average diameter 1".  Medium-large, very full (41+ petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Compact, spreading.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  
Patents:
