Origin:
Bred by Jean-Marie Gaujard (1903-1995) (France, 1961).
Introduced in Australia by Langbecker in 1962 as 'Farah'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow, copper shading, orange-red edges.  Flowers coppery yellow.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.

Notes:
Dedicated to Farah Diba (Pahlavi) (b. October 14, 1938 Teheran), Queen of Iran by marriage to Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi on December 21, 1959
