Origin:
Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (before 1955).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1957 as 'Yellow Hammer'.
Class:
Floribunda, Florists Rose.  
Bloom:
Butter-yellow.  Moderate, apple, fruity fragrance.  48 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Large, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 20" to 28" (50 to 70cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
