Origin:
Bred by Hendrikus Antonie Verschuren Jr. (1885-1947) (Netherlands, before 1926).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1926 as 'Souvenir d'Angèle Op de Beeck'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1928 as 'Souvenir d'Angèle Opdebeeck'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  Canary-yellow.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, semi-double to double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact, upright, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Correct spelling is "Op de Beeck".
