Floribunda.  

Orange, yellow center, yellow reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  27 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Bushy, upright.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
