Introduced in France by Jean-Marie Gaujard in 1960 as 'Alcazar'.

Bloom:
Orange-red, copper shading, lighter reverse, ages to dark red .  Flowers coppery red.  Mild fragrance.  18 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Bronze-green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
