Origin:
Bred by O.L. Weeks (1912-2002) (United States, 1987).
Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 1988 as 'Bacardi'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Orange - coral, ages to lighter .  None to mild, fruity fragrance.  30 petals.  Small, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
