Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Lemon-yellow.  Strong, spice, tea fragrance.  35 to 45 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Large, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters, high-centered to cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, leafy sepals, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
