Discovered by Ignace Hendrickx (Belgium, before 1956).
Introduced in Belgium by Grandes Pépinières C. de Coninck-Dervaes in 1956 as 'Corso Fleuri'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Scarlet.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, compact.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
