'Guadalajara' rose Description

Medium yellow Hybrid Tea. Registration name: MACdeepoExhibition name: Guadalajara
Bloom:
Yellow. Mild to strong fragrance. 24 petals. Average diameter 4". Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered, reflexed bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium, long, pointed buds.
Habit:
Medium, few or no prickles/thorns, upright. Large, semi-glossy, medium green, dense foliage.
Height: up to 6' (up to 185cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer. Can be used for cut flower or garden. Benefits from winter protection in colder climates. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
