Bloom:
Rose-pink.  Strong fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Laurie Ulrick named roses after the towns in a single line from Gympie to Brisbane. Cooran is one of those towns in Queensland, Australia.
