Bred by Walter Berger (1899 - 1960) (Germany, before 1928).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1930 as 'Dr. Heinrich Lumpe'.

Hybrid Tea.  

Pink, lighter shading, light yellow undertones, veining.  Moderate, rose fragrance.  Large, very double, borne mostly solitary, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  

Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  Large, bronze-green foliage.
