Introduced in Australia by Arthur Yates & Co. Ltd. in 1909 as 'Otto von Bismarck'.

Bloom:
Pink blend.  Mild fragrance.  Very large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Otto von Bismarck, German statesman considered to be the founder of the German Empire, was born on 1 April 1815 at Schönhausen. Also known as the Iron Chancellor, he unified the German states into one empire. He died 30 July 1898.
