Bred by Alain Meilland (1940-....) (France, 1994).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 1994 as 'Apricot Sunblaze'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Yellow, orange-red edges.  None / no fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Very large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, flat, high-centered to cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, compact, few or no prickles/thorns.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 18" to 2' (45 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
