Bred by Colin P. Horner (1933-2005) (United Kingdom, 2001).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Paul Chessum Rose Specialist in 2002 as 'Margaret Ann Silverstein'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-apricot; amber yellow, fading paler with age.  Mild to strong fragrance.  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, spreading.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
