Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 2002 as 'Tangerine Jewel'.
Class:
Hybrid Bracteata.  
Bloom:
Orange blend.  Mild to strong fragrance.  4 to 11 petals.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  Width: 3' (90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose, garden, landscape, shrub or specimen.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
