Origin:
Bred by Louis-Xavier Granger (France, before 1850).
Introduced in France by Pierre Cochet (père) in 1850 as 'Angélina Granger'.
Class:
Damask Perpetual.  
Bloom:
Light pink.   (Rose carné vif).  Average diameter 3".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.  Dark green foliage.  5 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
