Bloom:
Violet-red. (Rouge amaranthe). Average diameter 2.25". Medium, full (26-40 petals), globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Belzunce, Bishop of Marseille, refused to leave his flock during the plague of 1720-21. Possibly an HP with the same name was introduced by Morea-Robert in 1884.
