Discovered by Antonius A. Pouw (Netherlands, before 2000).
Introduced in Netherlands by De Ruiter's Nieuwe Rozen B.V. in 2002.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Scarlet - red.  None to mild fragrance.  36 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, full (26-40 petals), flat, rosette bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Glossy, dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 14" (35cm).  Width: 11" (30cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
